The Postage cost for normal UK Delivery is calculated by the total weight of the Items ordered (as shown below), and EXCLUDES deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, The Channel Islands, the Scilly Isles, The Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
If delivery is required to one of these areas, please select postage to Other Areas of the UK when completing checkout.
You are welcome to collect in person if you wish, and our Opening Hours are Mon-Thur 8am to 5pm, and 8am to 4pm on Friday.

All Purchases are dispatched within 48 Hours (2 working Days) when practicable.
Orders over approximately 2kg will be dispatched using a Next Day Courier.
Orders over approximately 150kg will be dispatched using a Pallet Courier. We will inform you of the date of dispatch and expected delivery date. Confirmation of availability to accept delivery on that day will be required. (If pallet courier arrives and no one is available to accept delivery on that day a redelivery charge may apply)
Delivery can be expected within 3 working days approximately, unless a different day is arranged by the customer.
In the unlikely event of there being any damage to any Item, please notify us within 24hrs of delivery, and if possible, email a photo or two of the damage. We will be happy to send out replacements where required, and arrange collection of the damaged Item if necessary.
